Some team members from NTB Capital and H.E.L.P. Indonesia Foundation were invited to do a health workshop at Pelita Foundation, a non-profit organisation based in Gerupuk.

The workshop involved educational talks, a catchy song and an interactive experiment showing the health implications of consuming too much sugar. The students appeared to enjoy learning and singing the vibrant song which was performed numerous times together with our very own NTB Capital guitarist.

In addition, hand drawn posters were beautifully prepared to educate the students on topics such as nutrition, hydration, exercise, rest, alcohol and smoking.   

We hope the students enjoyed the workshop and learnt some practical tips for improving their health.
