Our security and maintenance teams are all hired from the local villages surrounding our projects. We hire our staff for Ebuak Bay Estate from the local village of Gerupuk, and our staff for Serangan Headland Estate from the Serangan, Torok Aik Belik (TAB) and Selong Belanak communities.

These activities are part of the Estate Management services we provide alongside our property developments and also coincides with our vision to enhance the employment opportunities for the local community.

Our activities also provide employment for local drivers, labourers and construction workers; and supplementary income from hiring tools, machinery and equipment.
